We are seeking a Senior Next.js / Frontend Developer to design, build, and optimize modern, high-performance web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript. This role requires deep expertise in frontend architecture, component-based development, performance optimization, responsive design, and modern web development best practices.

The ideal candidate is a self-driven engineer who enjoys building scalable applications, collaborating directly with client stakeholders, contributing to architectural decisions, and delivering exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and accessible UI components following modern frontend best practices.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, SEO, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Implement automated testing strategies and contribute to CI/CD workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend, browser compatibility, and performance issues.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong experience building production applications using Next.js and React.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience developing responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible web applications.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Context API, Redux, Zustand, or similar.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong English communication skills and experience working with distributed teams.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR) in Next.js.
• Experience with modern styling solutions such as Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.
• Familiarity with Node.js.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience working in consulting, staff augmentation, or client-facing environments.
