Overview
Proactiviti is proactively engaging Senior Frontend Engineers across LATAM for upcoming projects within the next 3–6 months. We’re looking for engineers who care deeply about user experience, performance, and building scalable frontend architectures.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale modern, high-performance web applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless UX
• Own frontend architecture decisions and best practices
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability
• Contribute to design systems and reusable component libraries

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems
• Experience with state management, performance optimization, and testing
• Strong eye for UX/UI and attention to detail
• Ability to work in distributed, async teams
• English: C1+ (client-facing communication required)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with backend integrations and APIs
• Exposure to product-driven or SaaS environments
